The procedure for application for visa can be facilitated when you add with your application a formal letter of invitation to the conference. When you register for the conference before July 15, and report that you need to apply for a visa, such a formal invitation will automatically be sent to you by email and a hardcopy by normal mail, for your convenience.
Participants whose country does not have Senegalese consulate or embassy can fill in their details here. The local GLOBELICS organisors in Senegal will take care of the application. |
